Private individual training &/or behaviour modification sessions are the primary focus and are available on request.
All training is based on positive reinforcement and aims to enhance
confidence and trust in the training relationship (teacher & learner).
What can we focus on during training?
Individual behaviour modification-
as an important aspect of managing behaviour problems.
Individual training- basic-
for young dogs and puppies- this includes training techniques using positive reinforcement, problem prevention, manners training, developing good social skills and more!
Cat training- great for young active kittens and adolescent cats full of energy
Bird training- would you like to learn how to train your parrot? It's great enrichment, can help address and prevent behaviour problems.
Individual training- advanced
for dogs and owners already with a solid foundation in training- wishing to work on specific areas of motivation, performance, competition
"Organic" Training and Socialisation
The focus is teaching your dog to play well with other dogs on the beach, at the park..individual sessions, and/ or in small groups.
Locations/ times will vary - these sessions will provide practical skills you can use immediately in the "real" world- on walks with friends, during play with other dogs and with your family.
Variations in location/ time for training will help you and your dog learn more effectively. Your dog will learn to generalise his skills to the real world, and you will become a much smarter trainer in the process. Best of all- the learning is fun!
