Dear Katrina
I would like to thank you for coming to Sorrento Primary School and talking about the community and wildlife. I love how you help animals get over their fears and help them if they get hurt and also how you train them is great!!! like when you ask them to work for their dinner. I also loved the way you trained the little fox to get into the box by itself.
Thankyou again for giving up your time to talk to us...

Dear Katrina
Thankyou for coming to teach us about animals and what they eat, where they live and for showing us videos of the animals! I hope you come back soon!

Katrina,   Toby is a changed dog!!  He enjoys sitting for a treat before getting anything. In fact it's difficult some times to get him to break. There have been a couple in instances when I have called him to "come here" he has immediately plonked his bot on the ground and shuffled over.  Quite comical - very dificult to keep a straight face....

Hello Katrina,

I have been meaning to email you all week.
We have made such a huge amount of progress this week I am in schock.
I have the screen down all the time when I am home & every night the cats have been getting closer & closer. They actually have been touching noses for a brief second. I have even been able to leave them together in other rooms, unsupervised & they are trusting one another again.

I have been following your advise & decided to take charge, I really believe that not being nervous every time they looked like they were getting too close has meant they have picked up on this. The key is feeding them together & then they seem to just go about their business.

I cannot thank you enough for your time last Saturday, as soon as I got off the phone I knew things could get back to normal.

I will continue to carry out all of your recommendations, so as to avoid any future frustrations, with your experience I have a much better understanding of their needs.

Once again thank you Katrina, you’re an angel & I hope you realise how much it means to have harmony again & to know my little ones are happy.

You really are very good at what you do & I feel lucky that I had the chance to get to speak with you before this got too out of control.

Kind regards,
